How big of an area/space is required?
Peak Rehab has been able to utilize rooms that are not in use, common areas, and shared areas of all sizes. We supply equipment to accommodate the space to provide care. Areas in view to the residents have improved with interaction within the community.
How is care coordinated?
Physician orders are obtained to provide therapy upon requests of residents, administration, and/or care staff within the community. Also, coordinating with home health care services to provide the continuum of care.
Do you accept all insurances?
Peak Rehab is able to accept. almost all insurances. In cases where the insurance is not accepted or the resident has no insurance we will work with family and communities to provide services to ensure that no one will go without care.
